Dry Fog Aeroponic Systems

AeroScience is the unique innovator of the Ultra Sonic Dry Fog Atomization Aeroponic Growing System called the AeroTray.  This innovative product was designed to create the ideal growing conditions in an aeroponic environment for living micro-organisms such as beneficial bacteria and beneficial fungal spores such as mycorrhizae.  The unique ultra low pressure atomization nozzles can control and regulate the droplet size of the nutrient solution in order to affect root growth with a specific focus on root hair growth.  The nozzles are extremely efficient with the use of water at 2 gallons per hour.  The AeroTray itself uses even less water due the unique cycle timing algorithm.  Typical weekly water consumption is less than 10 gallons per week making the system one of the most efficient growing systems on the planet.  Our in house testing lab on hemp crops has seen up to 1 pound per 20 gallons of water consumed and by comparison outdoor farms yeild about 1 pounds per 700 gallons of water consumed. This 35x efficiency is what makes the AeroTray so productive when compared to traditional farming methods. The design of the Aerotray was inspired by the many new vertical indoor farms that exist in cities now across the planet. With a design that fits a pallet rack and forklift, it is easy to move the AeroTray around.  The Aerotray can be stacked in rows with a main plumbing line running inside the Aerotray to keep the nutrient solution cool. The low point drain allows all the water to drain the system entirely.  Some of the other main benefits and advantages are listed below.

 

Yield Increase:  Dry Fog Aeroponic Systems can yeild significantly more in less time with yields up to 8 pounds per sixteen square feet in 60 days from clone.  Our high yields can only be achieve in a fully insulated Aerotray with Biologic and mineral salt based inputs. Yields of strictly organic aeroponic or strictly mineral salt based aeroponic grows yeild less than a combined approach.  More to Come....
